Truly Effective Weight Loss Method

I know this won’t work for everyone, but I’ve discovered a truly effective weight loss method.

Its simple, although rather painful, and works like this:

1) Get sick. And not just any sickness will do. It has to be something semi dramatic. I’ve successfully used ‘prostate infection’ and ‘intestinal virus’.

2) Once you’ve recovered, instead of eating everything in sight, start a sensible eating and exercise period. Instead of regaining all that lost weight you’ll hold on to at least *some* of your hard won weight loss.

See, I told you it was simple.

In the past 3 years I’ve used this to shed 9 and then 7 pounds.

This approach is not recommended for children, elderly, or already skinny people.
